Lars was a soldier after his school years. He completed nine months of basic military service in the Kongelige Livgarde, an infantry regiment that is part of the Danish army. He didn't feel the military work was suitable for him, and so he started to look for a different option and decided to pursue a degree in biology. In the midst of this already a half year, Anette came home from the juggler's class to show him how skilled she was at play juggling in just three days. Lars was impressed and was determined to try it, too. He decided to drop out of college and joined the juggler's academy as well. He also learned fire breathing and performing juggling. Then he traveled with two of his buddies across Europe as a touring artist, performing in cities like Paris, Munich and Moscow. Then, two years later, he came in contact with a kids' circus where he discovered pantomime and street theater and children's theatre.
